As of December 2010 LDC has four modern high-design condominium developments under construction consisting of approximately 600 units. The developments are located in Toronto's trendsetting neighbourhoods such as King West Village, Queen East, Leslieville, The Studio District of Toronto's lower eastside furniture and design row.
